Speaking
Speaking & Keynotes

Talks that move audiences to act.

Keynotes, workshops, and panels on growth, leadership, and the future of work, drawn from nearly three decades of building businesses and developing leaders. Practical, honest, and built for your audience. Speaking is the organizational way we help — the same experience that also shows up in one-to-one coaching and personal guidance.

Why It Matters

A talk is only worth the time it takes if the room does something differently on Monday.

Most events collect speakers who are polished but forgettable — an hour of well-delivered generalities that evaporate by the coffee break. That is a waste of your budget and your audience’s attention. A keynote earns its place on the agenda when it gives people a sharper way to think and a concrete first move they can make the moment they leave.

Every session starts from the same place: what does your audience need to believe, feel, or do by the end? From there the content is built backward — drawn from nearly three decades of building businesses, running commercial teams, and coaching leaders through the transitions that define a career. The stories are real, the frameworks are field-tested, and the delivery is honest rather than hyped. You get substance an audience can trust, delivered with the energy that makes it stick.

Formats

The right format for your moment.

Whether you need an opening keynote, a working session, or a voice on a panel, the content is tailored to your audience and the outcome you want.

Keynotes

Conference & event keynotes

A signature talk of 30 to 60 minutes that sets the tone, energizes the room, and gives people something they can use — ideal to open a conference or anchor a leadership offsite.

Workshops

Interactive workshops

A hands-on half-day or full-day session where teams work their real challenges against practical frameworks and leave with decisions made, not just notes taken.

Panels

Panels & fireside chats

An experienced, candid voice on growth and leadership for your panel, podcast, or fireside conversation — prepared, on-topic, and never running on autopilot.

Who It’s For

Built for the rooms where it counts.

The best fit is an audience of people who lead something — and who came to be challenged, not just entertained.

Leadership & executive summits

Senior teams and executive gatherings looking for a candid outside voice on growth, change, and the discipline behind both.

Industry & association conferences

Sector events that want a keynote grounded in real operating experience rather than borrowed statistics.

Women’s & emerging-leader programs

Audiences building the next generation of leaders, ready for practical wisdom on climbing wisely and on purpose.

Signature Talks

Topics audiences ask for.

Each talk is shaped to your audience and goals. These are starting points, not scripts.

Growth

Growth Is a Discipline, Not Luck

What three decades of commercial leadership reveal about how real growth actually happens, and how any organization can build the discipline behind it.

Leadership

Leading When the Path Is Unclear

How to lead with clarity and courage through ambiguity, change, and the moments when the right answer is not obvious.

Transformation

Change People Can Actually Carry

Why most transformation fails, and how to lead change in a way your people understand, trust, and sustain.

Careers

Climbing Wisely

Practical wisdom for professionals at every stage on building a career, and a life of leadership, on purpose rather than by accident.

What Audiences Leave With

Inspiration that comes with tools.

A good talk moves people. A great one also equips them. Every session aims for both.

Clarity

A clearer way of seeing their growth, their leadership, or their next move.

Tools

Practical, usable ideas they can put to work the very next day.

Momentum

The energy and conviction to actually go and do something with it.

A standing ovation is nice. A team that changes how it works the following quarter is the point. We optimize for the second one.
Questions

Booking, tailored.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better — typically six to twelve weeks gives us room to interview a few of your people, shape the content around your theme, and rehearse against your run of show. Shorter timelines can work; tell us the date and we’ll be honest about what’s possible.

Will the talk be customized to our audience?

Always. The signature topics are starting points, not scripts. We learn your audience, your goals, and the moment the event sits in, then build a talk that speaks to the people actually in the room.

Do you speak virtually as well as in person?

Yes. In-person keynotes, virtual sessions, and hybrid formats are all on the table — each prepared for its medium rather than a live talk pushed through a webcam.

Can a keynote turn into a working session?

Often the best outcome. Many clients pair an opening keynote with a follow-on workshop so the ideas move from the stage into their teams’ real work the same day.

Why Now
Every agenda has one slot that decides whether the room leans in or checks out. That slot is worth getting right.

Audiences are harder to hold than they were a few years ago — more distracted, more skeptical of the polished-but-empty keynote, quicker to reach for a phone. The events that still land are the ones that put a real operator in front of the room and let them say something true. If your event is being planned now, the opening talk is the easiest lever you have to change how the whole day feels.

How We’re Different

Not a speaker for hire. An operator with something to say.

Plenty of keynotes are rented from the conference circuit. This one comes from someone who has actually carried the weight the room is dealing with.

Earned, not researched

The stories come from building businesses and coaching leaders, not from a slide deck of borrowed case studies.

Tailored, not templated

We interview your people and shape the talk to your theme, so it speaks to this room on this day — not the last audience.

Useful, not just uplifting

Inspiration is table stakes. The aim is a room that thinks and acts differently once the applause fades.

The Three Ways We Help

The talk is the room. The work reaches the person.

A keynote lands with a whole audience at once, but the change it sparks is carried out one leader and one career at a time. Book the stage here — and follow the same experience into coaching a team or guiding an individual.
