Develop the leaders your business is counting on.
Your strongest leaders were promoted for individual excellence. The next level asks them to lead through others. ClimbWizely coaches your senior and high potential leaders on the patterns beneath performance, so the investment you have made in them compounds.
Your best leaders are also your biggest exposure.
The people you count on most are the hardest to replace, the most recruited by others, and the most likely to plateau in a role that now demands something their track record never tested. The talent is real. The question is whether it keeps compounding or quietly caps out.
Three quiet risks inside your bench.
The same pattern appears across very different organizations. Naming it is the first step to protecting the investment.
High potentials plateau
Promoted for what they deliver themselves, then stalled when the role requires them to lead, delegate, and multiply a team.
Key talent walks
Your most valued leaders are the most pursued. Disengagement and burnout show up late, and by then the replacement cost is already yours.
Training that fades
Workshops earn good reviews and change little. Behavior reverts by the next quarter because the program never reached what drives it.
Most development teaches behaviors. We change what produces them.
Frameworks and tactics are useful and temporary. They fade because they never touch the beliefs and patterns driving a leader's behavior. ClimbWizely coaches at that level, so the growth stays after the engagement ends and your investment keeps paying back.
Typical leadership training
Skills, models, and tools. Treats the symptom. Change that fades when the program does.
ClimbWizely coaching
Works the patterns underneath. Addresses the source. Change that stays and compounds.
From the executive seat
Coaching informed by real experience as a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer and CEO, not theory alone.
Coaching from someone who has carried the weight.
Nearly three decades in senior operating roles, brought to the exact moments that define a leader's next step.
Growth you can see in the leader and the business.
Held to honest expectations. We coach the work; outcomes depend on the leader's effort and engagement.
Leaders who scale
They stop being the bottleneck and start multiplying their teams, so capacity rises without more hours.
A stronger bench
High potentials ready for the bigger role before they are in it, not scrambling to grow into it after.
Retention of key talent
Leaders who feel genuinely invested in are far more likely to stay, and to bring their teams with them.
Better decisions
Judgment made from strategy and values instead of pressure, speed, or the fear of getting it wrong.
Influence that lands
Executive presence and the ability to earn buy in in the rooms where decisions actually get made.
Fewer derailments
Sustainable performance that protects your leaders, and your succession plan, from burnout and flameout.
The skills that separate strong leaders.
Coaching is targeted, not generic. We focus on the capabilities that most determine how far a leader, and their team, can go.
Communication & Influence
Executive presence, real listening, clarity under pressure, difficult conversations, and influence beyond formal authority.
Team Building & Development
Coaching and mentoring, delegation, building trust, inclusive leadership, and developing the next leaders beneath them.
Driving Results & Accountability
Strategic prioritization, decisive judgment, ownership of the number, execution discipline, and managing setbacks.
Adaptability & Resilience
Leading through change, composure under pressure, a growth mindset, self-awareness, and a pace that lasts.
How we develop a leader, start to finish.
Assess
The leader completes a leadership assessment and reviews it with their coach to pinpoint the strengths to leverage and the gaps to close.
Plan
Together they build a personalized development plan and set the coaching cadence, tied to the goals your organization cares about.
Coach
Meeting on a regular cadence, the leader gains the support and accountability to master those skills and work through whatever real work brings.
Measure
At the close, a final assessment measures growth and names the impact on the leader and the organization.
The engagements that produce the strongest return.
This fits your organization if
You are investing in a high potential or newly promoted leader, a senior leader is taking on greater scope, you are building bench strength and succession, or retaining and growing a key leader matters to the business.
Probably not the right fit if
You want a single training session or a checkbox, the leader is not ready to look at what drives their results, or you need a performance management process rather than coaching.
“You are investing in this leader because you see the potential. The risk is not that they lack talent. It is that unaddressed patterns quietly cap how far that talent goes. We work directly with those patterns, so the investment compounds.”
A scoped agreement
Every engagement begins with clear goals and a retainer, invoiced before we start, with room for standard corporate terms and purchase orders.
Confidential by design
Your leader speaks freely in sessions. That candor is what makes real change possible, and it is protected.
Progress you can see
You receive progress level updates against the goals we set together, without the private content of sessions.
What to know before you engage us.
How is this different from the training we already offer?
Most training teaches behaviors, such as communication models, strategy tools, and tactics. Useful, and often temporary. ClimbWizely works with the beliefs and patterns that produce those behaviors, so the change holds after the program ends. Your leaders do not just perform differently, they lead differently.
Which leaders is this for?
Senior leaders and high potentials: newly promoted managers stepping up, established executives taking on greater scope, and the people you are developing for succession. If a leader matters to the business and has room to grow, they are a fit.
How does confidentiality work when we are the sponsor?
The coaching conversations are confidential, which is what lets the leader be honest enough for real change. Your organization receives progress level updates against the goals we agree on up front, not the private content of sessions. Any organizational information shared is handled with the same care.
How do engagements and billing work?
After a discovery call, you receive a proposal and simple agreement defining scope, cadence, goals, and price. The retainer is invoiced before the engagement begins, and we can accommodate standard corporate payment terms and purchase orders. Nothing starts until the agreement is in place.
Can we enroll several leaders or a cohort?
Yes. Engagements can be arranged for individual leaders or for a group of leaders in parallel, with scope and pricing set to match. We will recommend the right structure during the discovery call.
What does it cost, and how do we think about return?
Investment depends on scope and length, and you receive transparent pricing in the proposal. The more useful frame first: what does it cost the business if this leader plateaus, burns out, or leaves? Coaching that keeps and grows a key leader is measured against that.
